Spirit of the Camino

Sitting in the quiet, sheltered square of a small village on the Way, admiring the end of October roses around the church and nibbling ripe figs from the trees on the square. It is easy to get wrapped up in destinations and schedules but the point for me is the journey and this was a great, unscheduled moment.

  2. You sound good Ken. Am so glad you are walking with others - it sounds right. Erin leaves today for 2 weeks in Ireland and I leave Sunday for two weeks in Czech Republic, Rome, Aix and London - we are all on our own pilgrimages. Will continue to keep you in my heart and prayers but will be unable to follow you as closely once in Europe. Eleanor
